Indications

 

For the treatment of infections as below induced by susceptible bacteria:

Urinary and reproductive system infections, including single, complex urinary infections, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae  urethritis or cervicitis;

Respiratory tract infection, including acute exacerbation of bronchial infection  and pulmonary infection induced by sensitive gram negative bacilli;

Gastrointestinal tract infections, induced by Shigella, salmonella, Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, Aeromona Hydrophila and Vibrio parahaemolyticus;

Typia;

Bone and Joint Infection;

Skin and soft tissues infections;

 Septicemia.

 

Usage and Dosage

 

Intravenous infusion.

Adults:

Bronchial infection, pulmonary infections: 0.3 g per time, for twice a day, for 7-14 days.

Acute single lower urinary tract infections: 0.2 g per time, for twice daily, for 5-7 days; complex urinary tract infections: 0.2 g per time, twice a day, for 10-14 days.

Prostatitis: 0.3 g per time, twice a day, for 6weeks; urethritis or cervicitis: 0.3 g per time, twice a day, for 7-14 days..

Simple gonorrhoeae: 0.4 g per time, single dose.

Typia: 0.3 g per time, twice a day, for 10-14 days. Infections by pseudomonas aeruginosa or severe infections, increase the dose to 0.4 g per time, twice a day.
