【Indications】

Type II diabetes

【Usage and Dosage】

The dose should be given 1 time daily, not related with meal.

Individualized therapy should be applied to diabetes.

Monotherapy: 15mg or 30mg/day and once a day. The maximum dosage is 45mg.

Tailuoping combing with insulin: 15mg or 30mg/time and once a day. The insulin dosage can remain unchanged. When the patients appear hypoglycemia or his plasma glucose concentration has decreased to below 5.56mol/L, the insulin dosage should be reduced by 10-25%.

For patients with renal insufficiency, no need to change dosage.

Tailuoping combing with sulfonylureas drug:  15mg or 30mg/time and once a day. The sulfonylureas dosage can remain unchanged.

When the patients appear hypoglycemia, the sulfonylureas dosage should be reduced.

Tailuoping combing with metformin: 15mg or 30mg/day and once a day. The metformin dosage can remain unchanged.
