Characters

White or whitish enteric-coated pills or particles .

Indications

For the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis and gastrinoma (zollinger-ellison syndrome).

Usage and Dosage

1. Oral administration. Not chewable and the contents is not to let out.
2. Adults: for patients with general peptic ulcer or reflux esophagitis, 20mg/time (1 capsule/time), take in the morning  (one capsule/time and once a day). The treatment course is for 4-8 weeks.
3. For patients with refractory ulcer: 40mg/time (2 capsules/time) and once a day, the treatment course is for 4-8 weeks.
4. Gastrinoma: the initial dose is 60mg (3 capsules) in the morning by oral administration. Adjust the daily dosage to 20-120mg (1-6 capsules) according to the disease condition. The treatment course depends on the patient's condition. If the daily dosage exceeds 80mg (4 capsules), take in seperate two times. For liver dysfunction patients, the daily dosage does not exceed 20mg (1 capsule).
