Description

 

Color and clear liquid.

 

Indications

 

Local anesthetic and antiarrhythmic drugs. It is mainly used in infiltration anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, topical anesthesia (including mucosal anesthetic thoracoscopy or abdominal surgery) and nerve conduction block. This product can also be used for premature ventricular contractions and ventricular tachycardia in acute myocardial infarction. It also can be used for digitalis poisoning, ventricular arrhythmias, cardiac surgery and cardiac catheterization. This product is invalid for supraventricular arrhythmias.

 

Usage and Dosage

 

Anesthesia
Adult common dose

Surface anesthesia: 2% to 4% solution, not exceeding 100 mg for one time. The single dose is no more than 4.5 mg/kg ( without adrenaline ) or 7mg/kg (200000 concentration epinephrine).
Caudal block for labor analgesia: 1.0% solution, no more than 200 mg.
Epidural: 1.5% to 2.0% solution at the thoracolumbar, 250 ~ 300 mg.
Anesthesia or intravenous regional anesthesia: 0.25% to 0.5% of solution, 50 to 300 mg.
