n  Patient supervision: the blood toxicity is related to the bone marrow state, drug dose and time of administration. For weak bone marrow fuction patients (especially AIDS patients), the anemia and leucopenia situation should be paid attention to. For patients with hematotoxicity, it usually occurs 2-4 weeks after administration. The leukopenia occurrs in 6-8 weeks.

n  Dose adjustment: for obvious anemia (hemoglobin<7.5 g/dl or with reduction of 25% off the baseline) or leucopenia (granulocyte count<750/m3 or reduction of 50% off the baseline), the dose needs to be adjusted until the bone marrow recovers. For not serious anemia and white cells-decrease patients, the dose needs to be reduced, for serious anemia and white cells-decrease patients, the dose needs to be reduced and transfusion is needed, after that, if the bone marrow recovers, the dose can be added gradually according to the bone marrow and drug tolerance condition.
